The Éyameth’ Health Centre will offer safe, accessible and culturally appropriate primary care to all residents in the North Fraser region between Agassiz and Mission. The model of care integrates contemporary and traditional medicines, wellness and wholistic healing by a team of specialized practitioners.
As a First Nations-led Primary Care Centre, we are unique and servicing not only First Nations, but all residents in our region, funded and supported by the Ministry of Health, First Nations Health Authority, and the Fraser Health Authority. We are excited to be building a strong foundation driven by community needs.

Éyameth’ Primary Care Services
Our team of health care professionals will work with patients to create personalized care plans that address their unique needs, integrating both western medicines and traditional wellness practices. Our team complement includes a Doctor, a Nurse Practitioner, Nursing, Pharmacist and Elder-in-Residence and we offer consultations, diagnoses, treatment and referrals by appointment to clients in all stages of life, including communicable disease prevention services (immunizations/vaccinations).

Maternal-Child Health Services
Our maternal-child health program will include prenatal care, education, and welcoming babies in traditional ways, along with standard well-baby and well-child checks. Midwifery services are also in future plans, and aim to provide integrated support from doctors, nurses, Elders, and traditional healers.
Elder Care Services
Elders are very important to our communities and families. The Éyameth’ team will work closely with Elders and their families to help them with health and wellness needs. Our services include healthy aging with special attention to nutrition, medication management, fall prevention, memory support, and keeping active and connected.
Youth Clinic Services
Our communities are comprised of about 50% children and youth and our youth are our future. We aim to provide clinics and workshops tailored to Youth.
