The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for practicing with cultural humility, providing primary care in a culturally safe, teambased environment that recognizes the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the client (and family) to provide whole person care, in compliance with policies and procedures of acceptable BC health and wellness regulations and standards.

The Family Physician (FP) will be the most responsible provider for a patient panel but is expected to collaborate in team-based care for patients and support the practice of Western and Traditional Wellness approaches to patient health. A minimum panel size is expected to reach 1400 patients by March 2027 (clinic to have 1 FT FP and 1 FT NP).

Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, the Medical Office Assistant is required to act independently, and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team within our organization, following program guidelines and standards. This position provides reception and clerical services, as well as assists with data entry.
